Package Limitations
Important information about each package's limitations and restrictions.
Base Address - Limitations
- This package is for small scale orders (30 orders or less per week).
- No order fulfillment. Your items must be sent at the base office packed with proper label of which client it is for.
- No storage box is dedicated for this package.
- No booking assistance for couriers.
- Bulk storage for the entire month is not allowed for this package.
The Base Package (Half Box) - Limitations
- A maximum of 200 packages may be packed, picked-up and booked for your business per month.
- Storage of products must not exceed the box or space allotted for your items.
- Packaging materials must also NOT exceed the number of items stored in your box/space.
- Only one (1) brand/business is allowed per box/slot.
- NO in-store purchases or transactions shall be allowed between the clients of your business and base.
- Limited to four (4) product replenishments per month.
Additional number of packages per month may be accommodated at an additional cost.

Operational Process
How we work with you to fulfill your orders efficiently.
Inventory Management
Complete inventory must be inputted by the client via Google Sheets, uploaded on Google Drive Folder provided by Base.
Order Details
A file complete with the details for fulfillment must be uploaded daily via Google Drive for Base Staff.
Fulfillment Process
Packing, Booking Couriers or Handing over packed items to shipping partners according to your specifications.
Communication
All exchanges including urgent messages between business owner and base staff are done via Viber for quick response.
