How do I get started with Base?
Getting started is easy! First, determine which package suits your business needs. Then, contact us to sign the service agreement form and settle the fees. After a brief orientation, you can turn over your stocks and packaging materials, and we'll handle the rest.
What is the difference between the packages?
The Base Address package provides only a business address without fulfillment services. The Base Package (Half Box and Full Box) includes fulfillment services with different storage capacities. The Base Package with Showroom adds in-person product viewing and in-store purchase capabilities.
How does the fulfillment process work?
Our fulfillment is easy and straightforward. Daily orders must be filled out by the business owner through google sheets and waybills must be uploaded via google drive. Once the business owner confirms they are done with the update, we pack the orders and update you once everything is picked-up.
